Here is a FB Lead Hack that any sales team or salesperson can do to drum up some warm leads and close a few sales on anyway, using only your Facebook account andqz
It is very common (especially when you use Facebook as a tool for your business) for someone you have never met who just might have seen some of your content and liked it or enjoyed it and want to connect with you on that platform.
That’s very common thing on Facebook.
This is because they are interested in seeing more of your content and by connecting with you as a friend on Facebook, they will put more of your content in front of them.
This isn’t everyone, but some people do it because you put value added content out there for them to consume and get value from and because of that want to connect with you to gain more value or consume more of your content.
So, no, you might have never met them, but guess what, they like your style! (That’s like what the cool kids say now right?)
This means they like your content, they like what you are posting.
So, when they send you a friend request, those people are ripe to connect with because they like your content and are probably interested in your stuff, especially as you grow and gain influence on these social media sites, you keep and build a “celebrity” status.
This “celebrity” status is something that will build momentum over time with you putting out great content on the social networks and helps you to be seen everywhere your target market looks.
It doesn’t mean it’s right, but let’s call a spade a spade here, play every ace.
Data has shown that some of these friend requests have historically proven to consistently drive a few sales each month. With this data proving to be profitable most people who are doing this continue to follow this strategy because it makes them money and will keep doing this strategy and sending them this exact word tract below to friend requests they get,
“Hey (name), it’s nice to meet you. Thanks so much for the add, what made you decide to reach out to me today?”
Here’s what those three sentences do.
This is an open-ended question to someone who has expressed interest in you for some reason by sending you a friend request. They probably want to tell you their story. And the more of the story they tell you when they respond the more clues you have to determining their challenge and, if applicable, framing them a solution with your stuff to sell them.
Okay, 2nd and what I believe is most important is you are giving them an “embedded command”.
You are claiming they reached out to you and “made the decision”, so it is completely sane and normal for you to reach out to them and ask why they friended you, which prompts them to make a response.
The data shows that the response rate is a lot higher than not doing this embedded command when you reach out.
As you continually do the organic marketing for your company consistently you will consistently have people who are interested in you and friend you that are buyers of your stuff.
Do this today, I promise it will lead to sales for you!
